How to create more time

Feel like there's never enough hours in the day?

In a HubSpot study, they found that most professionals work well beyond 40 hours a week; over a third of these workers say their career negatively impacts their personal life.

A recent report from Indeed found that employee burnout is on the rise: 52% of all workers are feeling burned out, up +9% from a pre-COVID survey. Employees of all ages and types are experiencing the impact of stress, fatigue, and mental health challenges.


What are the top ways to "create" more time so you can care for yourself?

  1. Set up a morning routine: Most of us wake up and immediately check our phones, something which can instantly put us into our fight/flight response.

  2. Prioritize Your Goals: use daily delta.

  3. Meditate: get out of fight flight.

  4. Listen to your body: eat mindfully, sleep when you need to sleep, drink water. Last but not least, use the restroom when you need to go! I used to be in back-to-back meetings, I get it, but GO!

  5. Move your body: create an exercise routine.

  6. Use your company’s productivity tools: they will save you time; download some here.
