Prioritize Your Goals: use daily delta.
Meditate: get out of fight flight.
Listen to your body: eat mindfully, sleep when you need to sleep, drink water. Last but not least, use the restroom when you need to go! I used to be in back-to-back meetings, I get it, but GO!
Move your body: create an exercise routine.
Use your company’s productivity tools: they will save you time; download some here.
Get a business coach, therapist or mentor: reach out if you need recommendations.
